At Bella Blooms, your satisfaction is very important to us. Each floral creation and gift is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care using the freshest materials available.
However, due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once orders leave our shop or are delivered. Please review our detailed policies below.

Fresh Flowers

We are committed to delivering your floral designs on time and in beautiful condition. Because flowers are seasonal and availability may vary by region, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary.
Our designers will always maintain the original style, shape, and color harmony of your arrangement to preserve the intended “look and feel.”

Examples:

• If yellow daisies are unavailable, we will substitute another color of daisies—not another yellow flower.

• White and cream roses may be interchanged, as may peach and pink roses.

• Purple and pink orchids may be substituted for white orchids, and vice versa.

All fresh flower sales are final. Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the order leaves our shop or is delivered.

Non-Perishable Gift Items

We want you to love everything you receive from Bella Blooms. Non-perishable gift items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase if returned unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt.
Please note: No cash refunds will be issued. Exchanges or store credits only.

Balloons

Please note that all balloon sales are final. Because balloons are sensitive to heat, humidity, and handling, Bella Blooms cannot offer refunds or replacements once they leave the shop or are delivered.
For hospital deliveries, some facilities do not allow latex balloons. In such cases, Mylar balloons will be substituted as needed.

Plants

For green and blooming plants, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made when specific varieties are unavailable.
For one-of-a-kind plants such as orchids, we will make every effort to match the type and appearance, though color substitutions may occasionally be necessary.
Containers will be matched as closely as possible to the original design.

Gift Baskets

To ensure freshness and timely delivery, we may substitute specific items within a basket with others of equal or greater value when required.
All substitutions are chosen to maintain the quality, theme, and value of your original order.

Special Occasion Deliveries

For important occasions—such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, or anniversaries—timely delivery is our top priority.
If specific flowers are unavailable and we are unable to reach you by the contact information provided, we will substitute with the closest available blooms and colors to maintain the spirit and beauty of your design.

Cancellations

Once an order has been designed, processed, or scheduled for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
